Using 'All' In Your Workflow Logic

When using 'all' you are telling the integration that a new or modified record must pass all the conditions specified in order to go through sync.

This means when using 'all' in your workflow you can't do the following things

1.) You cannot specify two different connectors. The following setup will not work. 

Records go through workflows on an individual basis (the integration will not recognize related records). 

So even if the Closeio contact's first name is not empty it will not pass this workflow because it obviously is not an Insightly contact. Even if the same contact in Insightly has the value 'Chocolate' written under 'Favorite Ice Cream'.

1.) You cannot specify two different objects. The following setup will not work. 

Same reason as above. A record cannot be a contact and a lead at the same time so no record would be able to pass this workflow.
