  • You must associate a List ID with a new any new contact records you are trying to sync to Act-On. You can either set a default value in your Bedrock Data mapping or setup a custom field on the other system for the Act-On List ID and map this field to the Act-On List ID field and when you want to sync over new contacts, just set a value for the List ID field you have created in the other system tied to Act-On. 
  • Once a new contact has been added to Act-On and added to a List, it cannot be moved to a different list.
