FAQ - What NetSuite Configurations Are Supported?

NetSuite offers many configurations to allow customization for the user. Bedrock supports four NetSuite configurations. However, the sync actions available vary for each configuration. Below is a description of the configurations and a link to their specific 'What Data Can I Sync' article.

Netsuite Configurations

Bedrock Data's functionality with NetSuite CRM is determined by the settings in your CRM.  You can review these settings in NetSuite by going to Setup->Company->General Preferences.  The two settings that affect how the integration will function are "Default Customer Type" and "Default Lead Type".

Another setting that impacts the integration is the CRM Feature for Lead Conversion. You can turn Lead Conversion on and off by going to Setup > Company > Enable Features and clicking on the CRM tab.

Based on these settings, there are four types of configurations that are supported by Bedrock Data.

Configuration #1:
  • Default Customer  and Lead Type are set to Company. Click here to learn more about what data can be synced with this configuration.

Configuration #2:

Configuration #3:
