Updating Your Billing Information

Bedrock Data employs a secure third party billing system so you can change your credit card on file at any time. Make sure you are logged in to your account at my.bedrockdata.com and then follow the below instructions. 

To update your billing info first click on your name in the top right corner and select Account Settings. Then click on billing info and enter your updated billing information in the screen provided.

v1 Customers Only:

If you login at app.bedrockdata.com, you must reach out to our Account Management team at accountmanagement@bedrockdata.com to update your billing information.
